Shopify does not provide functionality that many made-to-order food businesses need, such as:

• Ability for customers to schedule orders for a specific day and time
• To view and manage scheduled orders from a calendar view
• Define multiple and dependent customization options for orders
• Configure available dates and times for pickup and delivery per product and specify wait times.

Smart Shop was built to integrate with the Shopify plaform and provide this functionality for a bakery in State College, Pennsylvania

Configure dates and times available for each fulfillment option. Additionally mark specific dates (like holidays) as unavailable. These settings can be overriden for each product.

Shopify allows 3 options per product which can be combined to up to 100 product variants. For a bakery, more than 3 options is required. Smart Shop custom options provides the abililty to add unlimited number of additional options for products. Custom options can also be set as conditional on the value of another option.

The configured custom options are then available for each product on the merchant's online store.
