Renovation plans for farm house in south-central Pennsylvania built in late 1800s.
This project was for the complete renovation of the family farm house built in the late 1800s. Unfortunately the project was never realized due to concerns about the structural integrity of the existing house and substantial costs to remedy.
The main floor features an open concept farm kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room as well as a mud room off of the garage with laundry, a half bath and a den/guest room.
The second floor includes a master suite, two additional bedrooms, bath and family room.
